the ingredients and execution come together in each bake. every item on the menu is carefully planned: inspired and influenced by french-style bread-making, california culinary upbringing & experiences, world & local travels, and filipino heritage + hospitality. true to the character of viennoiserie, these baked goods have the tenderness of bread and the (slight) sweetness of pastry — best of both worlds for breakfast and/or snacks.

to enjoy the freshness of our viennoiseries, we recommend consuming them within the day of purchase.

to store the breads, keep them in paper bag on the counter for consumption within 2 to 3 days; to revitalize, pop A SLICE OR TWO in a toaster or heat them in a countertop oven at 325F for 5 mins.

please note that our goods are baked in a KITCHEN that processes tree nuts and animal products. all necessary registration, licenses, and permits with the state and city have been secured.
