How do I order?

We ONLY ACCEPT ONLINE ORDERS. Place your order before 12nn wednesday, pick it up same week; When you order after 12nn wednesday, pick up will be ready the following week. ordering is easy, system prompts you through to the next step. click here to begin.

the order page may be disabled when production capacity maxes out. A notice will be properly displayed when this happens.

in the event that a particular bake day becomes full of orders due to maximum home oven Production capacity, the day in question will be removed from the pickup day options at the checkout page. Also, you will receive an email for a reschedule if you have already put in your order. hoping for your grace and understanding when this situation arises. you may also follow @springovenbakery on instagram here for updates.

How to get my order?

We only offer local curbside pickup. There are three options you may choose from: (a) Thursday 10am to 12nn, (b) Friday 10am to 12NN, or (c) Saturday 10am to 12nn. For special bakes on Holidays, schedule will be posted.

pick up your baked goods the same week when you order before 12nn wednesday. pick up the following week when you order after 12nn wednesday.

pickup location: lower hastings ranch neighborhood in pasadena california. you will receive the complete address as well as instructions through the confirmation email after you place your order.

kindly contact us if you will arrive later than the window schedule. no-show for pickups will result in forfeiture of your order without refund.

Can I place a bulk order?

if you are placing an order for an event or catering, please send us an email here to make special arrangements. for bulk orders, we require at least 3 weeks’ notice.

How do I pay?

payments are securely made via major debit and credit cards (visa, mastercard, american express, discover) as well as apple pay (on supported devices). we require full payment to confirm the order. find out here how secure the payment facility is.

Can I cancel, change, or return my order?

you may cancel the whole order at least 48 hours before pickup for a 100% refund. you may reschedule the pickup to another day at least 48 hours before the original pickup day. please send us an email here. unfortunately, changing orders is not allowed on the site. if you wish to add items, please feel free to place a new order. also, to preserve the food integrity of the baked goods, no-return-no-exchange policy applies.

What are your food allergen precautions?

please note that Six of the eight major food allergens outlined by the food allergen labeling and consumer protection act of 2004 (falcpa) — milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, and wheat — are present in our baked goods. moreover, these allergens including fish, crustacean shellfish, soybeans, and sesame (declared as the 9th major allergen effective january 1st, 2023) are present in our kitchen. for your guidance, all the ingredients used in every baked good are indicated in their respective description sections on our menu. we are not able to do substitutions at the moment.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

currently, we do not make gluten-free and vegan baked goods.

How to keep freshness of your baked goods?

TO ENJOY THE FRESHNESS OF OUR VIENNOISERIES, WE RECOMMEND CONSUMING THEM WITHIN THE DAY OF PURCHASE.

TO STORE THE BREADS, KEEP THEM IN PAPER BAG ON THE COUNTER FOR CONSUMPTION WITHIN 2 TO 3 DAYS; TO REVITALIZE THEM, POP THEM IN A TOASTER OR HEAT THEM IN A COUNTERTOP OVEN AT 325F FOR 5 MINS.

Do you have the necessary permits to operate legally?

Yes, we have the business registration with the state of california, business license with the city of pasadena, and the health permit from the Pasadena public Health department.
